Scott Crawford, Inc. is a Real Estate development company in which the Principal, Que El-Amin has over 15 years of Real Estate experience in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area. Since 2007, Scott Crawford, Inc. constructed over 45 residential real estate transactions totaling millions of dollars in development.
El-Amin serves in a number of leadership capacities including serving Governor’s Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council , Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Ambassador, Vice President of the 30th Street Industrial Corridor Business Improvement District. Additionally, Que is a member of the Milwaukee Tech Hub Alliance, Blacks in Tech, Building Owners & Managers Association-Wisconsin, John H. Scott Memorial Fund.
Scott Crawford, Inc. is currently developing Mixed Use New Construction and Adaptive Reuse Development, serving commercial clients with Fee Development and Real Estate consulting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At Scott Crawford, we pride ourselves on being able to properly balance the best interest of the city, the residents and the real estate project.

CONSTRUCTION
Scott Crawford, Inc. works through the riskiest portion of the project which is the construction part to make sure the project is on time and within budget.
STABILIZATION
After the construction phase, Scott Crawford, Inc ensures that the project is either filled with tenants or placed in service to the owner of the property.
